If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of goods ordered you have the right to claim and receive a refund for the price paid for the good within 30 days after the purchase date minus the cost of postage and packaging. A request for a refund must be notified to Dream Group Media within 24 hours, ideally by email or telephone. This also applies to goods which have been damaged in transit or are faulty. No refund will be considered after 30 days.
Money back guarantee does not apply to amendment in artwork and text; and artwork not supplied by Dream Group Media.
Please note that on receiving money back, all products remain the property of Dream Group Media unless the guarantee expires or is forfeit by the customer. As such we expect products to be returned to us in good condition, and should not be damaged beyond reason.
We offer the money back guarantee at our cost in good will and fully expect our customers to take the time to provide us with the necessary feedback if claiming against the guarantee.
We reserve the right to forfeit the guarantee if we suspect any abuse of our money back guarantee offer.
Money back guarantee will be offered as a once only reimbursement.
